Currently Pregnant Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.

What data we collect

When you make a purchase, we collect your name, email address, delivery address, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details). When you sign up to our newsletter, we collect your email address only.

How we use your data

We use your data to process orders, send order confirmations and shipping updates, manage your subscription, and (with your consent) send you marketing emails. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Third-party processors

We use Stripe for payment processing and Resend for email. Both are GDPR-compliant processors operating under appropriate data processing agreements. We also use Vercel for hosting.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies (cart contents, authentication) and, with your consent, analytics cookies. You can manage cookie preferences from the banner on your first visit.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; to object to processing; and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email sendhelp@currentlypregnant.ie.

Data retention

We retain order data for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time and their data will be removed.
